Delete profile

How to request deletion

1. 01Send an email to info@axonevo.ch with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
2. 02In the email, state the email address with which your Axonevo account is registered.
3. 03We will process your request and usually delete the account within 30 days.

This data will be deleted

• profile details (first name, last name, form of address),
• all simulation runs and activity data linked to your account,
• records of your participation in simulations.

This data will be retained

• anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that do not allow any conclusions about you as a person, for the further development of the product,
• data we are required to retain due to legal obligations, under Swiss law for up to 7 years.
